Talevyn uses browser local storage and caching to enhance your experience. The following data is stored locally on your device:

• Cookie Consent: Records your acceptance of this privacy notice

• Upload History: Tracks your image and metadata uploads for reference

• Metadata Cache: Temporarily caches public tale metadata (JSON files) from Irys/Arweave to improve loading times

  Cached for 24 hours, only stores publicly available data

This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any servers. You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings (Application → Cache Storage or Local Storage).

When you interact with Talevyn smart contracts, the following data is recorded permanently on the blockchain:

• Your wallet address
• Tale metadata URIs pointing to Irys/Arweave storage
• Publisher profiles and permissions
• NFT mint transactions and ownership records

Blockchain data is public and permanent by design. Anyone can view transaction history and associated wallet addresses.

Talevyn does not use:

• Third-party cookies
• Analytics services (Google Analytics, etc.)
• Advertising trackers
• User behavior tracking

We respect your privacy and believe in minimal data collection.

When you connect your Web3 wallet (MetaMask, WalletConnect, etc.):

• Your wallet address is used to interact with smart contracts
• Connection state is managed by your wallet provider, not stored by Talevyn
• You can disconnect at any time through your wallet

Tale images and metadata are stored on Irys (Arweave), a decentralized permanent storage network:

• Files uploaded are permanent and publicly accessible
• Content is immutable once stored
• No personal information is required to upload
