Talevyn is provided "as-is" without any warranties or guarantees. By using this platform, you understand:

• The service may change, be interrupted, or shut down at any time
• There is no guarantee of uptime, data preservation, or continued functionality
• You are responsible for backing up any important content
• The platform operator is not liable for any losses, damages, or issues arising from use

When using Talevyn, you agree to:

• Only upload content you have the right to share
• Not post illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Not use the platform to harass, spam, or abuse others
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your region)

The following content is not allowed on Talevyn:

• Pornography or explicit sexual content: This includes explicit nudity, sexual acts, or pornographic material
• Graphic violence or gore: Depictions of extreme violence, torture, or graphic injury
• Hate speech or harassment: Content that promotes hatred or attacks individuals or groups
• Illegal content: Content that violates laws, including child exploitation material
• Copyright infringement: Unauthorized use of copyrighted material

Content that violates these guidelines may be removed from the Talevyn interface. Repeated violations may result in loss of access to the platform.

You own your content. When you upload tales to Talevyn:

• You retain all ownership rights to your content
• You grant Talevyn permission to display, cache, and serve your content as part of the platform
• Content uploaded to Irys/Arweave is permanent and publicly accessible
• NFTs minted on blockchain are permanent and cannot be deleted

By using Talevyn, you understand:

• Blockchain transactions are permanent and public
• Files uploaded to Irys/Arweave cannot be deleted
• Your wallet address will be publicly visible in transactions
• You are responsible for transaction fees (gas costs)

If you believe content on Talevyn infringes your copyright or other rights:

• Use the contact page: Submit a detailed takedown request via the contact page
• Include specific details: URLs, description of infringement, and proof of ownership
• Note: While we can remove links from the Talevyn interface, blockchain data is permanent
• Frivolous or abusive takedown requests may be ignored

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of Talevyn constitutes acceptance of any changes.
